The lamb shish is the best I've had outside of Turkey. Smoky, tender, properly charred. I nearly cried at the first bite.

A wood-fired oven, a griddle, and no shortcuts. The Adana had that clean charcoal heat you only get from a kitchen that cares.

Drove an hour for dinner and would do it again tomorrow. The çorba alone is worth the trip — silky, smoky, deeply comforting.
